1Is too much passion a bad thing? I have been accused of being too "emotionally involved" with the outcomes of situations (i.e. projects) that occur at work. I think being passionate can be a double-edged sword - being passionate allows me to give 300% of myself to my work and my client's needs, and can sometimes give me that extra creative push to get things done. On the other hand, sometimes I care too much about what happens, which can cloud my judgment. So - can passion be negative?

2Lately, I have witnessed and been a "victim" of "bad" behavior from colleagues at all levels, whether they were at my level or above me. Whether it's berating someone in front of colleagues/higher-ups for mistakes made (minor or otherwise), stealing others ideas or just blatant pot-stirring for no reason, it seems like "bad" behavior is becoming more acceptable at work. How do you guys deal with it without taking it personally? Is this behavior truly everywhere? Any feedback is appreciated! :)

3How do I market myself for higher-level positions when I have done the work of a supervisor/business analyst/Product Manager but never held the actual title? I have an MBA and a strong work history, and with said work history I have a TON of transferable skills. However, I am afraid that (and in the past) recruiters/hiring managers won't consider me for these positions because of my career trajectory. How do I position myself for the positions that I know I am qualified for? Love any feedback!
