Revenue Cycle – Division VP of IT for the Integrated Delivery Systems division of a $1B healthcare company. Responsible for development and maintenance of the billing and electronic claims software for a large physician and facility Revenue Cycle BPO company - submitting over 5M claims per year at 95% acceptance rate for 550 hospital clients. Deep knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes in Acute Care, Physician Practices, IDN, post-Acute, and Managed Care organizations. Former Acute Care Hospital Business Office manager with strong EDI and HIPAA background.

Mergers and Acquisitions – Performed IT due diligence functions for M&A team for the growth phase of a major $1B healthcare company prior to IPO. Led planning for post-acquisition system integration and corporate financial reporting activities, facilitating CIO committee to establish standards for corporate reporting. Provided application transition consulting services to a large Pharmaceutical client due to an acquisition of a complementary company.

Enterprise Project, Program, and Portfolio Management – Working within IT governance structure and multiple IT Steering Committees, led Corporate application team for a major 11-hospital IDN in DFW area and delivered numerous successful implementations and five-years of strong SLA performance in a high-availability environment. Known for accomplishments in turnaround of troubled projects, aggressive implementations, “at-risk” projects, and a calm presence in stressful transition periods.
