    -Led a team of 45 staff members to exceed AYP targets while improving school-wide moral and culture.
    -Developed a leadership team who defined a purpose for the school and assured alignments of resources.
    -Created leadership density by creating a distributed model of leadership and shared decision-making.
    -Implemented a school-wide response to intervention program to ensure that all students achieve a year’s
    growth in a year’s time.
