-Significantly improved academic performance in a Title One School with a 50% rate of mobility, 90%
free/reduced lunch rate & and a minority rate of 80%.
-Led a staff of 50 employees to meet or exceed state AYP targets for the first time in the history of the school.
-Created leadership density through the implementation of a shared-decision making team and focused action
teams who created action plans with measurable goals.
-Applied for and received over $30,000 in federal grant funding.
