I ave an amazing home that over looks the ocean in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. It has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths great views and perfect pool. It is on a hill top that is three minuets from three great surfing beaches. I want to turn my home in to a "thinking persons Bed & Breakfast", a retreat away for the city. 4.5 hours from New York. Full service oriented. Very private but just a hop, skip and a jump to town.

About Me

1979-2007: Sales/Engineer in Broadcast Television systems. Very personable skill set, I enjoy composing marketing/promotional material in textural and visual media.
Twenty years of experience that span the evolution of portable production system, on line and off line linear and non linear editing system configurations. A strong artistic background provided me with the impetus to form a production company to create 3-D computer animation. Raised private funding to establish and manage a boutique facility servicing West coast based clients in corporate, Video Game and the interactive media space.

2008-2009: Changed carriers, Investor focused on resort Real Estate property. Coordinated the Production design aspect of projects. Worked with Architects, landscape and interior designers to see through design and construction to completion.

2009-present: Sales Manager for Irina Sher Skincare. This is a start up business that focuses on "Target" products that simplify the regime of restoring and protecting the health and beauty of the skin.

Good people skills, overcame many obstacles through out life.
