The Regional Internship Center (RIC) helps connect businesses in any sector or industry within southwestern PA to regional talent to achieve their business goals and provide experiential learning for our workforce. A well-run internship program enables employers to develop an pipeline of talent from which to hire, diversify ideas and talent, as well as reduce recruitment costs and costs associated with turnover.
