About Me
I am a translator of the abstract and confusing into something more comprehensible -- Engineering into IT, IT into Management, Change Control to Manufacturing Floor, or "old" British Lit into 21st Century American, etc.
I have a BA in Physics and Computational Science (double majors are FUN!), and am certified to teach secondary education. Growing up around mechanical engineering embodied in the design and construction of internal combustion engines endowed me with a lust for "how" "why" and "wow!", as well as an understanding that translating is a vital skill to have.
Somewhere in the near future is the pursuit of at least a Master's in Material Science...possibly all the way to a Ph.D....but my crystal ball shattered and I am not sure of the exact timing. :)
