I'm very far from my envisioned business outcome and my original 'plans' have been tweaked so much it's very different now. Honestly, I've abandoned business plans for now until I actually start seeing results -- i.e. making money.
Also, I've been disillusioned by coaches altogether and find that I am my own best coach. I think it's better to hire just technical staff, i.e. accountants, PAs, etc. and leave the big-picture planning to yourself (unless you're big enough to have a team for that as well).
