I am a human resources professional with a degree from Simmons College in literature and marketing. I also have a certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Human Capital Strategy. My professional passion is talent management, specifically acquisition, development, and engagement.
I am also a social media nerd. I use social media to promote my personal brand, which is my professional face. I use different social media platforms for recruiting purposes (i.e. Twitter and Linked In) and for employee engagement (Ii.e. Ning and Yammer). I also use social media to engage in my personal passions, one of which is food. One of my favorite platforms is blogging. I have a blog for both HR and food, please check them out! I have a million other hobbies and interests, from animal rights activism by supporting the Animal Rescue League of Boston, to music, to playing World of Warcraft (shhhh its my guilty pleasure!) . I live a busy life but I make sure to enjoy every moment of it!

• Served as liaison between client management, outside services, human resources and appropriate Davis Companies organizations
• Assisted with payroll processes including collection of timecards, manual entry of timecards and invoice distribution
• Generated management reports related to contractor extensions, changes or reduction in staff, and head-count reports
• Maintained contingent employee safe workplace procedures and generated appropriate form relative to accident and incident reports
