Rachel Tepper (also known as the Pumpernickel) is a 20-something Washingtonian who enjoys art, music, and making a fool out of herself. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, she bounced around the world of PR before realizing her calling as a journalist. She currently serves as an editorial intern in the online department of Washingtonian Magazine.
