Specialties
I have had my conative strengths tested through the Kolbe test, and I am a manager - meaning that no matter what I venture into, I work well with many different people and I instinctively step in and manage a situation. I like to come up with ideas and execute them and I like making it happen for other people, too. I'm on a mission to inspire my generation to take charge of their place in the new economy, and in that sense, my specialty (and my favorite thing to do) is to help others figure it all out and feel empowered to make their plans and dreams a reality.
