Kat Argonza: @ChaChanna - because there are women who can do it, and don't need the 'help of a man'.

Chivalry is respect plus the idea that women need help to do anything. Respect is alive, as it should be. When you need someone to help and open the door for you, sometimes a person will, and sometimes they won't. That shouldn't affect whether or not you treat other people with respect. Insisting that a man must open the door for you is treating him with a lack of respect. Open the door for him--it's common courtesy! And tomorrow, when you need it, he will open the door for you.

Ryan Paugh I usually try to make my lunches, but 2-3 times a week I can't. So I stockpile single serving meals (frozen burritos, noodle bowls, etc) from Trader Joe's. I buy this stuff from Trader Joe's because it looks and tastes a lot better than the crap at regular grocery stores, but is it any healthier? I'm no good at reading nutrition labels so let me know what you guys think!

Generally frozen dinners are high in sodium (500-600+) which can add up; if you're just eating them every so often you're fine. Go for easy, high protein snacks in between (hummus/veggies, apple/peanut butter) to off-set the frozen meals.

I'm in the "make all lunches over the weekend" camp, except for lunches that will come from dinner leftovers.

Without knowing what you normally eat or consider "healthy," I wouldn't be able to give great advice, since none of the "heat and serve" meals are healthy by my standards. (Not trying to condescend — I've just become fairly health-conscious over time.)

If you can't (for reasons unknown) make lunch 2-3 days per week ... that's between half and most of the time. If it's important to you to eat a healthy lunch, perhaps checking out why you can't make lunch regularly (and making adjustments) will help more than reading labels.

Quisha Hill I'm a healthy living blog fiend and I'm on my way to getting in shape. Do you guys recommend any blogs that you read religiously? The ones I follow are mostly that of runners, but I'd like to mix it up a bit. Any ideas about which blogs or groups are the best or where to look would be greatly appreciated :)

Penelope Trunk I have been seeing lots of press recently about how job hoppers are bad. Mostly, I think these people are delusional because everyone is job hopping so it's a moot point whether it is good or bad. (But also, i really think it's good for everyone.) That said, I wonder, what tactics do you guys use when an employer challenges the number of jobs you've had? What works?

Glad to hear that you are enjoying those spinning classes. Make sure you get out on the road too. That is where the fun is.

The climbing in the last 20 miles was relentless, but I am happy to have finished. Had a little light rain during the day, but overall the weather cooperated. I would recommend this century to anyone who likes a challenge. It's definitely the toughest one I have ever done.

Jenn Pedde Hello All!! How's everyone doing on this Friday Morning? I've just recently gotten into this recruiting business, and would love to hear what methods are working for everyone! Ideally I'd love to use Social Media to find candidates - and stay away from things like Monster/Careerbuilder - but maybe I'm wrong? What say you? :)

I use HireAbility.com which is great. If you post a job there it's free and goes to all of the most common boards (SimplyHired, Indeed.com and others). I got 100k free job postings. I've gotten a good amount of responses to my postings. Probably more than on Monster! I've been huge into LinkedIn. If you join a group associated with what you're looking for, you can post a free job there within that group. Good luck! :)
