Beth Harris enjoys blogging about the intersection of work and life as, as well as social and political aspects of gender, race and religion. Beth continues to dream of one day being a one-hit-wonder in the pop-music industry, and saves money for her future musical debut, talent notwithstanding. She enjoys traveling abroad, playing with other people's animals, babysitting other people's kids, reading, eating at new restaurants, playing video games, and watching sports. She is helplessly addicted and hopelessly spellbound by pop culture and gossip blogs, especially those that expand her vocabulary and require continual googling of phrases she doesn't understand. She doesn't remember what she did before the Internet. She also is recently into golf and paintball.
