Alfred Loo I changed jobs from a small fast and loose systems provider to a govt body. For IT delivery to mgt. I discovered I suck and my boss has ask me to leave. Any advice on what to do next and explaining this on my resume?

You just put stuff there that shows that you will perform well. It's a marketing document. If someone asks you about the gap, talk about what you learned. You do not have to be in a job to learn.
