Paula Patinella is an intra-preneur creating new projects & implementing programs within IBM’s global learning organization; building empowered & engaged employees to explore fulfilling career development activities. She inspires people to realize the value they have in the marketplace as they brand themselves for new career opportunities. Paula is an advocate of arts integration concepts within IBM, and sees these concepts as a way to expand thinking about learning and to expand the talent pool.

Paula’s work experiences have enabled her to have a comprehensive practice of competency in managing a "healthy chaos" of building relationships and attempting to push a group’s thinking in new directions, through world-wide teaming, orchestrating the complexities of IBM’s organizational matrixes as well as appreciating diverse cultural aspects, in order to authentically serve her client's best interest.
