The journey as a Human Resources Professional with a passion to attract and develop a diverse population to successfully meet the goals of a company/corporation has been a wild ride! I began recruiting manufacturing and production employees, then clerical/administrative, on to entry and middle management in high tech organizations and currently recruiting for financial professionals, programming analysts, call center representatives and operations managers.
Along the journey, most exciting for me has been the constant change in how we attract and retain the diverse groups. Today, we have moved to a virtual environment that requires us to consistently review where we find our targeted audience, how we communicate with them and what is important to them when seeking a career.
