About Me

Pamela calls Boston her home and graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication in May 2008 with a concentration in public relations. She began her professional career at Schneider Associates, where she served as Social Media Coordinator. She currently manages public relations for HubSpot.

Pamela has a pretty diverse background of experience in public relations and marketing. Participating in Boston University’s Los Angeles Internship Program in spring 2007, she got her feet wet with the entertainment industry working in the publicity departments of E! Entertainment Networks and The CW Network. She satisfied her passion for health and fitness as a communications intern at BU’s Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in the summer of ‘07, and she dabbled in the event planning industry as the marketing intern for Longwood Events in spring, ‘08.

You may notice Pamela around the blogosphere as "pamelump," originally acquired as a (somewhat unflattering) family nickname when she was a baby that has since stuck like Krazy Glue. You can read more about the newest pamelump generation on her blog, Little Baby Lump, which serves as a virtual baby book for her new baby. Pamela has created, managed and/or contributed to seven blogs over the past couple of years and loves playing around on the social media playground.
