TOP IDEA:W. Wade Hood
I am new to the site, and have recently gone back to school to change careers. I am hoping that I don't sound to stupid here, and I am not sure if this is the right place for this comment. I am working on a book about building and protecting an individuals online reputation, how important it is for young profesionals, and how it can help a person find their dream job. What I want to know is, is there interest for this type of book, or am I wasting my time?

The only problem is that they charge in excess of $500 to build your reputation and that is not including the monitoring fee after your reputation is created. My book will sell for ten to fifteen bucks (depending on what the market feels is a fair price) and it will teach the reader to do the work themselves for free (after the purchase of the book, of course). It will be an online book in PDF format and I will write a version that targets young adults and high school students and a version that targets YP's and business owners.
@La Donna Lokey: Yes, there are actually several books on the subject, from what I have seen and read, they are all pretty good too. The only problem is that most of them are outdated, I am writing an online book that can be updated every-time a new reputation building source comes available, along with an accompanying website and newsletters. I am sure that some of our ideas are going to overlap, but maybe if we get enough books on the market, people will start to understand its importance to their careers. 52 weeks ago

I am trying to re-write a way more awesome "about me" for my website (www.nikolebordatophotography.com) and am struggling. I find I am either too cheesy or boring. Any suggestions?

I hope this helps!
