  • International Congress was attended by more than 600 delegates (including external guests and partners) from 85 countries. The Congress Committee was consisted of a President, 4 Vice Presidents, 6 Team Leaders and 30 teamsters.

    Main responsibilities of a VP Communication were:
    • Internal Communication: communication strategy inside of AIESEC network (20.000 members in 85 countries); internal business and decision making processes;
    • External Communication: external communication strategy, with focus on ensuring proper media exposure of the conference and following events we`ve built around the conference theme (Global Village, CSR Symposium, Panel discussion on various themes related to youth, Partners fair etc.); development of marketing and advertising materials (from stationery to billboards and TV ads, for 2 parallel campaigns –conference and Global Village);
    • Information Systems: web-site, databases, building and administration of a local network of 50 computers.
