• Starting up and development of ICT Policy Committee, consisted of ICT experts from Serbian municipalities and other professional bodies – served as coordinator of the Working Group;
• ICT advisory and operation support to development and implementation of programs and projects in the area of municipal support, development of the local administration, organizational development, education of the municipal officials and administration staff, development funds and e-Government, e-Education;
• Development of internal information system to support new management structure, which included internal HR and decision making processes, project management, knowledge management, training center management etc;
• Involved directly or indirectly in several projects and programmes (National strategy for Local Sustainable Development, National Strategy for an Information Society, Code of Ethics in Municipalities, National Strategy for Poverty Reduction etc.);
• Development and implementation of Membership Education Cycle, based on non-linear education structure and offering clear career development paths to members;
• Development and implementation of strategies for Knowledge Management of AIESEC in Serbia and Montenegro;

International Congress was attended by more than 600 delegates (including external guests and partners) from 85 countries. The Congress Committee was consisted of a President, 4 Vice Presidents, 6 Team Leaders and 30 teamsters.
Main responsibilities of a VP Communication were:
• Internal Communication: communication strategy inside of AIESEC network (20.000 members in 85 countries); internal business and decision making processes;
• External Communication: external communication strategy, with focus on ensuring proper media exposure of the conference and following events we`ve built around the conference theme (Global Village, CSR Symposium, Panel discussion on various themes related to youth, Partners fair etc.); development of marketing and advertising materials (from stationery to billboards and TV ads, for 2 parallel campaigns –conference and Global Village);
• Information Systems: web-site, databases, building and administration of a local network of 50 computers.
• Administration of server, local area network and computers, Win2000 Active directories, User administration and similar;
• Troubleshooting – detecting and repairing of damages on the network and network system, as well as on local computers
• Education of employees or the Agency (computer related).
