Anyone have any great lasagna recipes that they want to share? I made my first batch this weekend using this recipe - http://bit.ly/VFAOV - It was pretty amazing.
Got the recipe from Tyler Florence on the Food Network. He never steers me wrong.

Goes better with chicken and cooked spinach. Top with a sharper cheese, but not too much because the cream sauce is heavy.

Nicole, I'm a big fan of those unexpected spices. A big reason why I follow Florence's recipes closely. 121 weeks ago

Inspired by Mehnaz and my curiosity - What was the yummiest thing you ate last weekend on Thanksgiving day(apart from the Turkey ofcourse)? I had the yummiest Chicken curry that a Colombian friend made.

Boring... but I must say apple pie. I'm fairly certain my friend makes the best pie in the entire world! 129 weeks ago

Thanks Jen,
I will report back after Turkey Day. I have been watching lots of Foodnetwork shows on Thanksgiving-so much that I am dreaming about turkeys and side dishes. btw what is your favorite thanksgiving side dish everybody? I love mash potatos. This year I am adding Chinese Eggrolls-pork, beef and salmon filled- I made them last year and people were fighting for them.

Does dessert count?
Aside from that, anything with goat cheese. Warmed goat cheese salad, goat cheese tarts...yeah, I'm salivating! already!! 131 weeks ago

When I'm in doubt, I always start with eggplant because I've cooked it millions of times and it's a relatively flexible texture/taste... then you can go from there w/raviolis or pastas with cheeses/flavours of mediterranean, sicilian, classic italian, pan/fusion, etc. inspiration! Let us know how it goes! 131 weeks ago

Incredible, this topic seems undoubtedly intriguing. Although, I do not know much about it. What do you folks tend to think about most.
