Job Description Summary
1.Supervise all QA related activities and functions.
2.Coordinates with the QA Director, Production Manager and Supervisor in relation with the Quality Assurance issues.
3.Implement cGMP, SSOP and HACCP.
4.Conduct periodic review and revision of QA documents including
sanitation, HACCP and ISO procedures.
5.Do corrective actions for quality issues.
6.Prepare QA reports to the QA manager and to other departments concerning quality issues.
7.Draw up and implement procedures/methods for the new system.
8.Standardization, documentation and implementation of Production Procedures and product traceability
9.Standardization, documentation and implementation of Quality Assurance Procedures.
10.Coordinates with Meat Factory Document Controller with regards to documents revision and issuance.
11.Checking of the effectiveness of all procedures in place and do the necessary corrective actions.
12.Issues deviations report to other departments.
