In Navy recruiting we are not selling a car, house, insurance or a stock option, we are selling something that is not tangible. We sell a life style, an opportunity, a chance to make a difference. So why do we do so well? We do well because we believe in our product and confident that our product can change, in some cases, save a life of someone who needs a change in pace. Remember, the customer needs to be convinced that the product will enhance them in some way. Be confident, not hesitant.

Traveling to Montana to visit five recruiting stations. I have some monthly awards to give out and recognize the "Top Recruiters" in the areas of Kalispel, Great Falls, Missoula, and Helena. Motivate, congratulate and stimulate your people for their great work. Psychological Reciprocity will take your organization a long way. We have not missed our mission for 58 consecutive months.
