• - Experts at customizing WordPress installations, having done just that with about a dozen existing WP/MU installations, whether through modification of existing plugins, or writing new ones from scratch.
  - Writes, sets up, maintains---and customizes---a library access system the predecessor of which is currently in use in multiple universities in the Philippines.
  - Consultancy, that, among others, does things The Right Way(TM); i.e., bloat-free (or nearly) systems that are simple to understand, maintain and interface with.

• - Lead the offshore development team of the company, comprised of (at its highest) eight other programmers (as well up to three non-programmers), engaged in diverse activities, from customizing WP/MU deployments (creating WP/MU plugins, modifying core functionality) to creating an application that automatically formulates derivative campaigns for use with Google AdSense.
  - Instituted test-driven development with semi-regular code reviews, inspired mainly by XP practices, producing higher-than-usual quality code.
  - Rewrote and maintains a proprietary ad-delivery system that lets its users grab ads from multiple, disparate sources and display them according to their needs.
