Their patent may not, depending on the process that was defined and the process Twitter uses for their technology. And even if Twitter is infringing, Facebook could just ask for a licensing fee, when and if Twitter ever makes money.

Funny, this patent could even affect Brazen’s feed :-o

My 11 year old cousin also got facebook, but uses it daily and is constantly changing her status. There just seems to be so many more benefits of facebook over twitter. My prediction, in 3 years twitter will not be a communication site for checking up on friends and what they are doing, but will become a great portal for coupons, expiring deals, rapid news updates or following celebrities, which it is slowly doing already. Facebook on the other hand, will continue to add games and become more addicting than it already is-
