I am a business consultant for a software solutions firm. I specialize in gathering customer business requirements, helping customers understand and document their business processes, and helping customers visualize how their business will be changed by use of our products and services. I also participate in p-o-c demos for potential customers, provide product knowledge, and am consdiered a SME in the area of property & casualty insurance.
