I'm moving to London! Where should I go and how should I start meeting interesting people? I'll be studying for a Masters in Digital Marketing, so I'd love to meet people who are also interested/working in that field, but I'm up for meeting anyone. After all, just because I don't work in finance doesn't mean that I can't help a finance professional.

I'm looking for an accountant. I have no independent turnover yet, but I know from experience that I should hire the accountant first (I loathe the form filling that is required in the UK). I'm currently full time employed, but I plan to freelance at the same time.

So, if anyone's interested, I have in interview with the executive editor of WIRED magazine on my site today. He wrote an amazing book on how the future of healthcare and technology can work together. check it out here http://bit.ly/dBLtk9

On a tangent, have you read a book called 'Connected' by Christakis and Fowler? I read an article about it a while ago and they conclude that the network we are in, not just people we know directly, but people we may never have met, have an impact on our health. I wonder about using online social networks to map health, or improve/influence it. 115 weeks ago

Just finished "The Reluctant Fundamentalist". I found read interesting but the monologue a little taxing. That apart the end was rather abrupt. Content wise i do understand and appreciate the author's insight into such radical transformations of personality. I'm happy i read the book :)
