About Me

Hi,

My background is in page layout and font design, writing, and customer service. My most recent position was in technical information development. I was promoted to technical writer 2 and given a star performer award for my work in XMetal and DITA. I am currently completing my masters degree in linguistics, during which I am seeking to promote my expertise in information development consulting to start-up companies. I am doing this by promoting my blog and by starting my own business offering writing, editing, design, and consulting services.
I hope to learn what generation Y and younger are starting so that I can help them with their pursuits. I have already learned a lot following the Brazen Careerist community as members share their experiences and knowledge.
