On paper, I am an organization change management consultant. What does that really mean, you ask? Well, I partner with my clients when they need to change something. I help them identify a compelling reason for change that speaks to their stakeholders. Then, I help them stay connected with their stakeholders to ensure everyone understands where the company is going, their role in the process, and how they can help get there. This is obviously an oversimplification of my work but I think it helps to show how my work can help virtually any company, no matter what industry.
I've worked for the "Big 5," small firms, and a non-profit. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and am in a state of flow when I am solving complex problems. I think my best work emerges when I collaborate with my colleagues and continue to strive for creative but simple solutions.
I am great with people, establish strong relationships, am great at reading people, and am always assessing my target audiences. I am not afraid to say what I think but always use tact and charm to get the best results.
