About Me

Come May 2009, I will be graduating from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. My sophomore year in college, I realized that I wouldn't be able to teach for long after I graduate because I would get bored of it too fast. So I started looking for other fields I would be interested in, that’s when a very close mentor suggested Human Resources. I took an internship at a accounting and consulting firm in their HR department where I worked on employee handbooks, recruitment resources, and payroll processes for multiple businesses. The next summer I got an offer at a hedge fund to intern in their HR department which I was very excited about. After a summer at a company that values their human capital and increasing it to their fullest potential, I was extended an offer to return as an associate.
