About Me

I recently graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a MBA and specialization in Project Management. Currently, I am a HR Coordinator for Triplefin, LLC. My responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, screening, administering assessments, marketing opportunities, communicating applicant status to hiring managers, projecting, updating training records, organizing company events and projects, and researching the latest recruiting methods. I highly enjoy the spontaneity of my job, and I would like it to continue throughout my professional career. As I take the next necessary step in my career path, I seek a challenging opportunity in the human resources field that requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, successful recruiting experience, and outstanding record keeping capability.

  • I efficiently advertise Triplefin employment opportunities through social media, career fairs, and job boards. In order to recruit the strongest candidates for position openings, I strategically screen, assess and interview applicants for customer service, patient assistance and pharmacy positions. Additionally, I administer new hire paperwork and conduct training. I successfully assist in coordinating company events and communicate these events to Triplefin employees. Because of my knowledge and background in recycling, I was nominated as the Sustainability Coordinator. I organize monthly initiatives and find ways to reduce the company's environmental footprint.

This begins by identifying and seeking out businesses that fits the profile of the majority of the businesses that we work with. After making initial contact, I professionally present company information to business owners and recommend insurance programs to enhance and compliment existing benefits.Provided the business owner gives permission, I educate the company's employees on supplemental insurance programs. I then organize follow-up meeting and enroll participating employees.
    Once the enrollment process is complete, I am responsible for servicing the company's claims and presenting new products annually.

  • Bzak Landscaping is a full-service landscape company, and I work within the Garden Center Department. I also collect email addresses from customers and effectively email advertisements. I have been able to triple average website traffic by creating social networking sites, increasing backlinks, and search engine optimization. To increase the aesthetic appeal of marketing efforts, I creatively constructed graphics for them. While co-managing a company project, I developed and administered consumer surveys gathering greater than 200 data points and determined the profitability of a recycling project. Findings and implemented advancements were communicated to customers.

  • Within this position, I precisely completed and corrected AutoCAD drawings for high-end kitchen and bath design firm.I also thoroughly researched products and specifications to determine what fixtures, cabinets, and furniture were most appropriate for each project.After a thorough amount of research and preparation, I assisted in presenting designs and selecting products for clients.Finally, I participated in and contributed to vendors’ training courses and used knowledge gained to educate clients on the product.

  • I effectively delegated duties to crew members, and organized planned events on this luxury charter yacht. In order to enhance the venue, I tastefully decorated the display and buffet tables. When the host of charter had any questions or issues, I communicated them to the supervisor to properly address questions and solve problems. Finally, I was also responsible for preparing menu items and catering to guests.
