About Me

Recruiter, consultant and coach with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in a variety of organizations including manufacturing, electronics and professional services. Executive positions held include legal, human resources, finance,sales and marketing as well as being a COO. Community service for thirteen years on local School Board as President, Treasurer and Chairman of Personnel Committee. Ongoing hobby as a USSF national licensed soccer coach developing high school players in their off season. Most recent professional adventure involves helping lawyers and their firms create success. As a retained legal recruiter my proven methods bring together the perfect match of talent, culture and economics while creating a long term solution for both lawyer and firm. As a professional legal coach I help both lawyers and firms focus their resources and activities to achieve their goals.
