I see every business as an "experiment in value." I say "experiment" because every business owner is trying to determine through trial and error what will be more valuable to customers. Someone asked me recently whether all career/life coaching was really just about self-esteem. I don't think so. Do you have a theoretical to-do list? In other words, are the items on your to-do list things that you want WANT to do, but have no real commitment to doing? So, in THEORY it would be GREAT if the bathrooms were clean and the book was finished... Does that mean you are GOING to do it?

About Me

Michael Felberbaum is a professional coach and founder of NumeSpot LLC. He is a frequent contributor to BusinessWeek Online and a former partner with Advanced Decisions, a technology consulting firm based in Shelton, CT.

Prior to Advanced Decisions, Michael was the Co-Executive Director of the Empowerment Group (EG), a non-profit agency in North Philadelphia that spurs economic growth through educating local entrepreneurs.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA in Psychology and Philosophy). He is currently enrolled in a Master's (MALS) at Wesleyan University.

Michael is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and honors the ICF code of ethics. He is currently co-authoring a book on career direction with a former NumeSpot client.
