• Managing day-to-day section 8 operations (waitlist, orientation, re-certification, HQS inspections, and program termination)
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Customer service (tenants and program participants)
• Assisted with IT, HR, file and information management
• Reviewing and generating Section 8 Reports
• Collecting and entering public housing tenant rents
• Constructing spreadsheets for utility bills
• Managing central filing system

• Assisting the Executive Director as needed
