Sustainable food activist and sales/marketing/pr workaholic who believes in the value of land, farming and real food and celebrates those people behind the plow!
Lion’s Tooth Media exists to tell the stories of the people behind the sustainable food movement via online publishing and marketing. LTM seeks to promote, celebrate and bring awareness to sustainable agricultural campaigns, local food producers, farmers, chefs, restaurateurs, non-profit organizations, and everyone in between who is currently pushing the Real Food movement forward. We do advocacy, not just public relations, we build community and trust in our clients’ products, whether it’s a gallon of milk or an online farmers market. We not only work to expand our clients’ online and traditional print media presence with the goal of increasing brand recognition with consumers but we also create selling opportunities for our clients in the New York City retail marketplace and beyond as well.
