Are we being held back by formalities? I applied to be the commencement speaker at my graduation in May. The committee loved my speech and delivery, but they couldn't select me because it wasn't formal enough. How do you get hired at a place that's not hiring?

Every business idea I have is aimed at being social. The idea is to make your employees and your customers the same crowd. Then the business will reach true efficiency. The job of management should not be to provide a product to the community, but to manage a community.
