Currently I am working as the Atlanta Book Examiner at Examiner.com, developing and updating local interest stories about contemporary and classic literature and publishing them online about three times a week.
I have most recently worked with Cumulus Media Partners, Inc. at Q100 in Atlanta as a promotions intern where I developed relationships with local businesses and implemented promotional events at various venues. In addition to my internship with Q100, I interned with T.E.E.N. Diaries developing promotional campaigns, establishing national and local relationships for partnership with the Project Butterfly tour, creating a six-level sponsorship program for national partners of the Project Butterfly tour, and researching promotional swag as well as establishing a network of important national media figures.
I am seeking a position with a media company that concentrates on program research, development, and planning and entails field work with consumers and utilizes focus groups to garner pertinent data to build successful networks.
