    Managed, mentored and trained staff who purchased professional services, construction contracts, security, facilities commodities and other commodities related to managing ERCOT. Managed procurement and vendor management of construction of a $45M control center and data center for Texas grid.
    Successfully presented to the ERCOT board on several occasions which included selling technical and business projects and managing board member objections.
    • Created project plan and worked cross functionally to manage the purchase of hardware, software and other commodities, as well as transition of all procurement functions during the divestiture of Texas Reliability Entity (NERC/PUC entity) from ERCOT.

    Created tools to improve accuracy of data imported and exported in and out of Siebel database resulting in shorter cycle times and more accurate forecasts and accruals for the Americas Region.
