I founded my company -MayCoach & Company- out of a desire to shift how we define ourselves as leaders and professionals. Nothing thrills me more than seeing a client rise to the challenge of deconstructing their old business habits to break through a new realm of professional clarity.
After earning my Masters Degree from the elite University of Constance, I worked for many years in corporate as a global strategist, business developer and consultant for some of the world's most respected and recognizable companies. I did what was required to be successful and somehow was left running on empty. I wanted to effect change in the professional world but didn't want to continue doing it as a corporate cog. Instead, I wanted to cultivate the spirit of the people doing business globally without barriers.
I want people I work with to really care about what they do. I want them to consider if what they do actually means something to them, so it will ultimately mean something to the world. My experiences in corporate and at the various business schools allow me to see eye to eye with the perspectives and specific needs of the CEOs, VPs, and International Directors participating in my programs. I also know the future leaders at our business schools and universities are eagerly waiting to be primed. I travel the world to keep close to what's moving our global leaders today. If I'm not found working at my home base in Stuttgart, Germany, then you'll probably find me somewhere deliberating new business ideas with a colleague over coffee.

Optimized overall cost position by identifying and implementing structural, process and system changes. Held responsibility for overall alignment of annual strategic and operative plan between Financial Services and Automotive divisions.
