• As a team leader, I worked hard with my peers to develop a communication campaign for the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland & Clarington (PVNC) Catholic District School Board. The outstanding results of this effort led to my post as Creative Director of the student run agency.

• Much of my time and effort in this role was put directly into planning and promoting monthly events on campus which delivered messages about diversity and tolerance. In my final semester I led the development of exciting new communication strategies for the department.

• My responsibilities for organizing the Student Administrative Council’s 2008/2009 election included creating awareness, generating interest, and motivating participants. After four weeks of on-campus promotion, voter turnout was 33% higher than the previous year.

• Tasked with contacting potential customers to notify them of various client offers and incentives, I was consistently among the top performers in key measurement categories. When receiving calls, I would assist customers with product inquiries and concerns. In this position, communicating effectively and efficiently with other departments was vital in order to deliver timely results to customers.
