Matt is the president of The A-Game, a youth workplace values certification program founded in partnership with Eric Chester, the leading expert on youth in the workplace.
Prior to the A-Game, Matt successfully built a nationally acclaimed leadership program at the collegiate level, designed top rated executive conferences focused on people for the service industry and has been a speaker at youth and professional conferences around the world.
He is an Ironman triathlete and qualified for the Hawaii Ironman and the Boston Marathon both on his first attempt.
Matt and his wife Molly live in Denver, Colorado and love being able to actively enjoy the outside beauty of the state.
