About Me

I am a technical writing and support professional with a proven aptitude for learning new industries and strategies and consistently outperforming expectations. I have worked in and around the technology industry for over two years, though my passion for all things computing dates much further back. From teaching myself HTML at the age of 12 to participating in the design and testing of proprietary speech recognition software, I have proven my ability to learn and understand new technologies time and again.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in 2006, where I originally studied to become a teacher. Years spent focused on helping others learn has given me a unique perspective and I have developed a talent for explaining complicated subjects in an easy to understand manner. I have since marriedmy love for teaching and technology into a successful technical writing career.
