Mark Fogel is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc. As their senior HR officer he has global oversight for both corporate and regional facilities supporting a population exceeding 10,000 employees in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Fogel and his HR team work closely with top managers as business partners, involved every step of the way in Leviton’s strategic business decisions. Fogel has become the prime mover of the transformation that aligns HR with the organization’s goals.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) recently named Fogel the Human Capital Business Leader of the Year (2007), an award that goes to a senior HR professional who serves as a leading force in executing organizational strategy that directly impacts the organization’s performance and prominence.
During his tenure at Leviton, he has earned a reputation as a “get it done” executive who has reengineered the HR department from an administrative body to a strategic business partner.
