Sara Gallagher I have a suggested wording change for the "How do I get a blog post featured" section of your FAQ...eliminating the phrase "if you're in Gen Y." I understand that the overwhelming majority of posts and posters come from this demographic, and that Gen Y is your obvious target audience. On the other hand, Gen Y craves mentorship like no other generation. Passively discouraging the participation of Gen Xers and Boomers (many of whom have written some great posts) isn't in Gen Y's best interests.

Sara Gallagher: I believe it! I definitely feel this site is very inclusive...that's why I was surprised to see that wording in the FAQ.
