In my posistion as a Generalist/Specialist I answer the queries of hundreds of customers who use the SMS service offered by ChaCha. My goal is to share my knowledge on many topics and to do so quickly and accurately.

I worked at Healthfield Hospice in GA at various points from June 2007 to the present. My job as a volunteer was to assist with various tasks involving computers for this hospice, which is associated with Gentiva Health Services.

As a volunteer web designer I worked on a project to document the history of Pittsburgh. I used my skills in HTML and CSS to develop pages which were (and are) electronic versions of historical documents.
