Most states use the same system but there are some weird ones out there. I've been meaning to talk to some city council and state legislator friends for a while now.. Nationally, there aren't too many good test cases in the US, so we need to raise it's profile much more. The only example of preferential voting the average american knows about(and they don't even know it's preferential voting) is the Heisman Trophy.

Christie Scott I'm looking for a few passionate entrepreneurs who are trying to "save the world." I'm producing a new reality show for the net where I talk to entrepreneurs about their ups and downs. If you're interested in being a guest, leave me comment below so we can connect. Thanks!

Ryan Paugh Just bought a season pass to Wisconsin State Parks. This is the first year that I've bought one for the entire year. I try to go to Devil's Lake a couple times per season, but I now I intend to diversify my outdoor excursions. Any recommendations for other State Parks that I should be visiting? I'm open to pretty much anything ...

I'm thinking that a road trip up to Amnicon or Copper Falls is going to be in my future. I'll just take the top of the Jeep and prepare for a long drive :)

Ryan...we buy an annual every year and it always pays itself off ten-fold.

One thing we LOVE to participate in is all of the candlelight hikes in the Fall and Winter. They do them out at Kohler, Lapham, Blue Mounds and Kegonsa to name just a few. They illuminate the trails with candles and torches and you go for a dark, snowy hike with your family...most of them offer bonfires and Cocoa/Cider/Coffee/Marshmallows at the end.

Sure, scaling rock out at Devil's in the middle of summertime is always epic, but the real hidden jewels offered up with your park pass start to shine when it cools off around here.

Best thing to do is go to the WDNR website and check the Calendar to see what's going on.

Ryan Paugh Hey guys. How about that heat wave? Since the weather is getting nicer and nicer I'm really thinking a lot about putting some Madison Tweet Ups together. I'm thinking that the best way to get started is to create a Brazen/Madison Twitter List. So reply below with your Twitter handle so I can start putting a list of people together.

The building in the site plan is very outdated though, but the location the same.

Lucas Dailey Besides the Madison Social Media Club Kelly was just writing about, what are the other good events/organizations for the local web industry scene? As one of the founders of a new Madison startup I'm anxious to meet other web startups and meet (and hopefully hire) great people. Who's connected and knows the hubs?

Actually, the monthly planning meeting happens to be tonight at 5:30pm at the Cabana Room. I can't make it but it's a great way to meet other entrepreneurs in the area.
