Once I get a lot of experience in the business field, preferably consulting and Human Resources/Capital, I'm looking at starting an HR consulting firm that basically gets hired to make workplaces better. With happier, healthier employees, more work gets done and the work is quality. I hope to truly transform workplaces so that every employee actually likes their job and wants to perform exceptionally in their job for the good of the company. Might be totally farfetched, but I can't wait to try!
