I am currently searching for a Construction Project Manager position in the Washington, DC metro area, to include Baltimore, MD. I don't have a network in either area and have found it difficult connecting with people in that field. I love the DC and Batimore areas.

• Company liaison and direct all planning/facilities projects for organization, report to President and Executive Vice President. Provide project status for facilities, and strategically manage 8 outreach/6 residential facilities; supervise 25 employees with trades in electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Prepare annual budget, assemble RFPs, research/retain architectural services, design professionals, subcontractors and construction managers. Organized/completed relocation of corporate headquarters, met with real estate agency to develop work letter and negotiate leasing arrangements. Assisted with space planning, furniture, materials selections, and drove new construction project to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, building codes, budget oversight, workforce and project schedules. Manage all pre-design phases for renovation and new constructions project within facilities, solicit bids/award contracts, and perform feasibility studies to include cost estimates/RFPs.

Gathered all field conditions drawings, clarification sketches, as-builts, and aligned shop drawings with all contract documents, and communicated contract requirements and specifications to teams and stakeholders.
