As a life coach, I help people through their waking point and on to more fulfilling lives. Sometimes we become stifled by the demands of daily life – the bills, the boss, the litter box, the kids, the parents, the flat tire. Our thought processes become stale because our work may not allow us to explore, be creative, or give us reason to feel deeply invested. Some of us spend our days wearing our “game face” and when we get home, it’s difficult to unwind and be ourselves with our spouse and children. A life coach can help you find practical ways to breath new energy into your life and help you be the person you want to be.
My first job was as a waitress (or carhop) at the Three Way Drive In in Regina, Kentucky. I left Kentucky and enlisted in the US Army for four years as a pharmacy technician and was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I settled in Fayetteville, NC after leaving the Army and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1997. After finishing college, I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where I have worked as a case manager; an advocate for the disabled, mentally ill, and children in state custody; an EEO Complaint Officer; Program Specialist; Quality Review Analyst; as a Workforce Development Consultant; and a Program Coordinator.
I’ve spent my career working with people to improve the quality of their lives. I look forward to working with you to turn a good life into a great life!
As a life coach, I help people clarify what is important to them, what they value most, help them formulate a plan to get what they want, and help them begin living more fulfilling lives.
