About Me

Lizzie Pauker is a Regional Consultant for Pearson TalentLens (http://talentlens.com), a leading provider of scientific, professional selection and development assessments and tools for the workplace. She works with clients to design organizational development solutions that best suit their assessment, training and professional development needs. Lizzie is a champion for improving critical thinking in the workplace through products like the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, training and eLearning. She is also a regular author for the critical thinking blog: www.critital-thinkers.com.

Prior to joining Pearson, Lizzie spent time in Paris, France, learning the language and gaining international work experience with a small technology firm focused on text analytics. Lizzie’s worked in the fast-paced, competitive and rapidly changing world of pharmaceutical marketing. She has a firm understanding of how the workplace is changing with 21st century demands.

Lizzie received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Leadership from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. She received the prestigious President’s Award for Leadership and was inducted into the Order of the Omega and Rho Lambda. Lizzie is currently a member of the Organization Development Network in New Jersey.
