TOP IDEA: La Donna Lokey I believe that to find happiness, you've got to cultivate a healthy work/life balance, including at least one KILLER hobby or obsession off the clock. Maybe you were the hackey-sack champion of your dorm, once trained to be a cartoonist, or secretly want to be Cake Boss. Now's the time to tell the world: what are your MAD SKILLS?

Emily Jasper Fast Company posted some results about most wanted celeb/CEO/political people as potential bosses...respondents could choose up to three, and Oprah, President Obama, and Donald Trump were near the top with Mark Zuckerberg, Tony Hayward, and Simon Cowell towards the bottom. Who would you want to be your boss? http://www.fastcompany.com/1694198/the-most-wanted-bosses-mark-zuckerber...

Without even reading the article, I picked Oprah and President Obama already. I just think that they are so passionate about their work and yet they seem to be the kinds of people who would not blow their top on people at all. I want to learn to lead and manage people that way too...

It makes me wonder if we assume that bosses have great managing skills because they are well-liked, vs. knowing another has poor management skills because we see those mistakes in the news so much.

Also working with a small startup involving Benotto bicycles - we haven't hammered out details Benotto in north america has huge potential.

Additionally, I'm still trying to get androidappbundles.com off the ground and continue tweaking my own site - I have to target potential clients better... finally, I'm still trying to develop free drupal tutorials...

Danielle Dews Hi web developers. I have an idea for a web business and am looking for a developer who would be interested enough in the idea/business to partner with me. The site's customer base would be people interested in crafting (sewers, quilters, etc) and the site would include elements of both social networking and e-commerce sites. Think etsy.com (but its not a knock-off of Etsy at all). If anyone is interested in learning more (and has the skills to create such a website) let me know. thanks!
