Leslie is a passionate entrepreneur, digital strategist, social scientist and farmhand / vineyard cultivator.

Get to Know Leslie in a few short paragraphs:

Leslie serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of JESS3, where she has helped grow the company’s client base, service offerings and revenues over the last 4 years as the co-founder along with her partner in crime, Jesse Thomas. Prior to her role at JESS3, Leslie was the Director of Engagement at New Media Strategies and the Director of New Media at the McLaughlin Group TV show.

As a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Chicago, Leslie draws on her background in economics, sociology, gender studies and anthropology to inform her approach to client management, strategic planning, business development and social media consulting.

Her passions lie in working with social technologies to develop and execute award-winning strategies for Fortune 500 companies, media organizations, non-profits, high-profile individuals and advocacy groups. For her insights and experiences, Leslie has been cited by dozens of media outlets, including NPR, the American Journalism Review, the Globe and Mail, NY Daily News, the American Spectator and C-SPAN. She also regularly trains members of the media and within corporate America on social media best practices, including teams and inviduals from CNN, Intel, Nike, Pfizer and MSNBC.

As a sixth generation Oregon Trail pioneer, Leslie continues to contribute to her family’s farm and vineyard (Bradshaw Vineyards) in Oregon’s Willamette Valley from her post in Washington, DC. In all that she does, Leslie enjoys long days of meaningful work with talented people. She is the proud daughter of Jim and Mary Ellen (Maria) Bradshaw and the best friend / Big Sister of Jennifer Bradshaw.
